Happy Birthday Scott!

Today is our very own Scott's birthday!! (awwww he's holding a puppy!!)

If you have ever been to a Cheer New York event, there is a pretty good chance you've met our Scott. He is CNY's Marketing Manager and darn good at it! Take a tour of the Cheer NY newsletter section of our website to see a small glimpse of the artistic magic he brings to our organization.

Scott has given a unmeasurable amount of his time, energy and talent to the team, so why not show him our appreciation with some BIG birthday wishes.

Happy Birthday Jason, Clay & Will!!

Last year we thought it was pretty special that Clay and Wil had the same birthday but now we have yet another CNYer that was born on March 24th! Three really is the magic number. Today is Clay, Jason and Will's birthday.

Clay has been a part of Cheer NY from the very begining and has been contributing behind the scenes as the Team Manager for as long as we can remember. Aside from having the nicest legs on the team, Clay's dedication a endless passion for CNY are constantly on display.

Jason joined the team back in the summer of 2008 but it feels like he has always been a part of the family. His infectious laugh and big bear hugs make it such a pleasure to be around. His stunting skills aren't too shabby either.

Wil is our energizer bunny. He's up to try any dance, cheer or stunt and if he doesn't have an assigned task you better believe he will be off to the side working on his dance moves or encouraging teammates to try a new stunt.

Happy birthday boys!! We are so proud of our "triple threat". : )

Happy Birthday Cameo!!

Today is Cameo's Birthday!

Cameo is one of our newest newbies and absolutely wowed judges at the January Cheer New York try-outs with her reenactment of a scene from Bring It On. Though she came onto the team as a base, she looks so beautiful in the air everyone keeps pushing her to be a flier. And trust us, she is up for the challenge.

What can we say "She's sexy, she's cute, she's popular to boot!" Happy Birthday Cameo! We are so happy to have you on the team.

Happy Birthday Gray!!

To continue our slew of February birthdays...today is Gray's Birthday!!

Gray was one of the eleven newbies that were welcomed on to Cheer New York this past summer. Though Gray was new to the cheerleading world, his amazing determination and passion have made him a perfect fit for the team. His sweet personality and upbeat attitude are only a few of his wonderful characteristics.

So, Happy Birthday Gray! We are so glad to have you as a part of our family!

Happy Birthday Tiffany M!!

Today is our co-captain Tiffany M's birthday! This is our third administration birthday this month which can only mean there must be a link between Feb babies and great leaders.

Tiff M, has been a key part of Cheer NY since she joined in 2007. During her non-cheer hours she is a teacher so keeping all of the wild and crazy "kids" of CNY in line is right up her alley! Tiffany has the experience, talent and patience to be a great co-captain and an extremely valued member of Cheer New York.

Send her all your warmest wishes but don't worry we'll make sure to give her some extra B-day spankings (just for you!) at practice tonight.

Happy Birthday Felipe!!

Today is our fearless leader's birthday!

Felipe has been a part of Cheer New York since day one and was strong, brave, and passionate enough to take over the role of director when CNY was at it's lowest. There isn't much else to say but, Look at us now!!

With a team of almost 40 members Felipe Does. It. All. From uniforms to marketing to finding a practice space with at least 20 foot high ceilings in Manhattan (close to impossible!).

It is hard to put our gratitude into words and though we may not always tell you how grateful we truly are...we love you Cheer Papi! Happy Birthday!

Happy Birthday Raymund!!

Today is our assistant captain Raymund's birthday!!

Raymund continuously impresses and inspires all of the members of Cheer New York with his dedication, talent and huge heart. And CNY isn't the only organization to get a helping hand from Raymund. He also dedicates his time to The Trevor Project, an around the clock crisis and suicide prevention helpline for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning youth.

Happy Birthday Raymund! We love you and your contagious smile.

Happy Birthday Iliana!!

Today is our own Iliana's (aka Ili, Ilz, Margarita) Birthday!!! Iliana brings it all to Cheer New York. She's a wonderful base and a flier, she rocks the dances and cheers. She will always help spot your stunt or teach you any dance or cheer move. And though she has some of the smallest feet we've ever seen, she also has the biggest heart.

Happy Birthday Iliana! We love you and your tiny feet.

Happy Birthday Junior!!

Today is our very own Junior's birthday!!

Junior has brought so much to Cheer New York since he joined in 2007. Though he didn't have any prior cheer experience he has caught on VERY quickly and has become an important part of the team.

Once again, step away from the champagne and those cheesy 2009 glasses and send Junior a big Happy Birthday!!

Hapy Birthday Nicholas F!!

Today is Nicholas F's birthday!!

Nicholas contributes a TON for the team as a cheerleader as well as behind the scenes. At this year's Cheer New York Anniversary dinner Nicholas practically swept the awards. He won the Cheer Loud, Cheer Proud award, Unsung Hero award and Most Improved Mid-Base!

Today is the amazing Heather's birthday!! Heather is not only one incredible flier, she also plays football on the side. Yes, a cheerleader and a football player. And yes, just looking at that smile makes us smile too.

Today is our Wonderful Kelsey's birthday!

At Cheer New York we are all blessed that on this date (a long time ago) Kelsey was brought in the world to touch and warm everyone's lives! Kelsey is an amazing woman and has contributed so much to Cheer New York over the years. She has gone from being an outstanding member, to Captain, and now as a lifetime member she is in charge of various concrete staples of CNY (i.e. Cheer NY Blog, Barnes & Noble fundraiser)!
