CNY's Mid-Season Tryouts! Jan 2010!

Cheer NY is a gay cheer team and a non-profit charity, mixed with both gay, lesbian, bisexual and straight adults. To participate you have to be at least 21 years old (there's no upper age limit). No cheerleading experience is necessary, but a background in another athletic sport, dance, diving or gymnastics is helpful. We are looking for athletes that can learn to cheer.

We will place interested recruits in our cheer database for July 2010 General Tryouts and will invite a select few recruits to Mid-Season auditions this January 2010 to fill current missing positions on our team. You must come to one of the two clinics (but are welcome to attend both, if you want the extra practice).

CLINIC #1 / REGISTRATION Wednesday, January 6th @ 6:45pm-10pm.
CLINIC #2 / REGISTRATION Monday, January 11th @ 6:45pm-10pm.
MID-SEASON TRYOUTS Wednesday, January 13th @ 6:45pm-10pm.
